FREE ENERGY AUDIT
Our energy audits entail an interior and perimeter inspection of your facility, as well as brief interviews with maintenance personnel. This information, combined with your kWh consumption and peak demand history, allows us to estimate a minimum level of potential savings at your site.

DETAILED ENGINEERING SURVEY
If our initial estimated savings are attractive to you, the next step is to understand the facility's total electricity usage by recording everything that draws electricity in the facility. Along with related tests and measurements, this site survey allows us to design a comprehensive computer simulation of an energy efficiency system and predict a guaranteed level of expected savings based on specific efficiency treatments at your site.

SYSTEM INSTALLATION
We install our systems on a turnkey basis, with no disruption to your business operations, testing and measuring our devices to make sure they are working properly. We will schedule our installations to minimize business disruption, and our devices will not interfere with your normal equipment operation. All of our products are under warranty.

SAVINGS VERIFICATION
We use the International Performance Measurement and Verification Protocol to verify savings and issue a comprehensive report every six months after project installation.

OBTAINING REBATES
Major Texas investor-owned utilities, including Centerpoint Energy, Entergy Texas, Oncor, Xcel Energy, AEP, TNMP and others, provide commercial & industrial electrical efficiency rebates for eligible projects. We can help determine if your project qualifies, manage the application process, and provide our savings verification to help you obtain rebates.
