Amitav Misra
Prior to forming e3 Advantage, Amitav was a co-founder of Cardinal Management, a commercial real estate management firm. Prior to Cardinal, Amitav spent several years in the energy industry as a project developer with Lazarus Energy Holdings, and as a consultant in the Houston office of McKinsey & Co., a global management consulting firm. He began his career with The View Group, a Boston-based private equity firm. A native Texan, Amitav holds a BA in Economics from Stanford University.

Kailee Wong
Prior to forming e3 Advantage, Kailee was a co-founder of Cardinal Management, a commercial real estate management firm. He has been involved with a variety of facility types, including hospitals, healthcare facilities, apartment complexes, and various other types of commercial real estate. Prior to forming Cardinal, Kailee spent nine years in the National Football League with the Houston Texans and Minnesota Vikings. During this time he also worked with Choice Energy, a Houston-based energy brokerage firm, focusing on large commercial customers. Kailee holds a BA in Economics from Stanford University, and has completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School, The Wharton School, and the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
